Choose your game

Our first games are on the way. When each one is released, it will be listed here by its store name with its own deletion steps. Until then, you can ask us to delete any data we hold, such as support emails, using the button below.

Website, support emails or something else

Tell us what you would like deleted. Leave the Player ID blank if you don't have one.

Email a request

How it works

  1. Find your Player ID

    In the game, open Settings → Privacy. It tells us which data is yours.

  2. Send us the request

    Use the prefilled email for your game. You don't need an account or a password.

  3. We delete and confirm

    We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

  • No sign-in needed. You don't need an account on this website, and asking is free.
  • We never ask for your password. To make sure the request is really yours, we may ask you to confirm a detail only the player would know, such as the Player ID or roughly when you last played.
  • Lost the game or your Player ID? Email us anyway with the game, the platform and roughly when you played, and we will do our best to find your data.

Deletion is permanent. Progress, cloud saves and items linked to the deleted data can't be recovered. Purchases stay in your store account, but items tied to a deleted game account, such as virtual currency, can't be restored.

What we delete

When we complete your request, we delete:

  • your account and player profile, if the game has accounts;
  • cloud saves and progress stored on our servers or our providers' servers;
  • analytics and crash data linked to your player or installation ID. We delete what we hold and send deletion requests to the providers that hold it for us, such as Unity and Google Firebase;
  • your support emails and the personal data in them; and
  • any other personal data we hold about you, unless one of the exceptions below applies.

What we keep, and for how long

A few things can't or shouldn't be deleted straight away:

Timeline

  • Within a few working days: we reply to confirm we received your request, and ask for anything we need to find your data.
  • Within 30 days: we delete your data and email you to confirm.
  • At most 90 days: if a request is unusually complex, we tell you why and still finish within 90 days, the outer limit under India's DPDP Rules.
  • Provider backups: copies held by our providers expire on their own schedules. Firebase Crashlytics, for example, removes crash reports after 90 days.

Data on your device

Uninstalling a game deletes what it stored on your device, including local saves. To clear a game's data without uninstalling it:

  • Android: Settings → Apps → the game → Storage → Clear storage.
  • iPhone and iPad: Settings → General → iPhone (or iPad) Storage → the game → Delete App. “Offload App” keeps your data, so choose Delete.
  • PC: uninstalling removes local files. Saves synced with Steam Cloud are stored by Valve; see Steam Support.

Reset your advertising ID

In games that show ads, ad networks recognize your device by its advertising ID. Deleting or resetting it, or turning off tracking, cuts the link to past activity. You can do it yourself in a minute:

Android

  1. Open Settings → Privacy → Ads. On some devices it is under Settings → Google → Ads or Security & privacy → More privacy settings → Ads.
  2. Tap Delete advertising ID (Android 12 and later). Apps then get a string of zeros instead of an ID.
  3. On older versions, tap Reset advertising ID or turn on Opt out of Ads Personalization.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  2. Turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track to refuse tracking in every app, or switch off a single game. Apps then can't read your advertising identifier (IDFA).
  3. On iOS 13 and earlier, use Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking.

Data held by platforms and partners

Stores, platforms and some SDK providers also keep data as independent companies. We send deletion requests to the providers that process data for us. For data they hold on their own account, use their tools:
